What are the shipping times?
The shipping times below are calculated after processing your order. Processing each order takes 2-4 business days.
➤ SHIPPING TO EUROPE, USA, CANADA, AND BRAZIL: Fast shipping via FedEx takes between 4-7 business days, and standard shipping takes between 9-13 business days.
➤ SHIPPING TO LATIN AMERICA: Fast shipping via FedEx takes between 7-12 business days, and express shipping takes between 14-19 business days.
➤ SHIPPING TO ASIA AND AUSTRALIA: Fast shipping via FedEx takes between 5-8 business days, and express shipping takes between 9-14 business days.

how does the exchange/refund process work?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, you can request a return within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, we allow size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. For size exchanges, the customer must send the package to the address provided by our support team (info@retroclubkit.com). We will process the exchange and send the requested new size. Please note that shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of placing the order, after which no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number will be sent to your email around 5 days after you place your order. Please note that it may end up in your Spam or Junk folder. The tracking page is not functioning correctly this month; please contact us at info@retroclubkit.com for updates on your order if you wish.
What is the quality of the shirts?
100% polyester for better moisture absorption. They are very comfortable and cool to wear.
